本契約を通じて、ベトナム国内の医療機関におけるAIの研究利用を推進するとともに、現地で高まる日本式医療の導入ニーズに応えるべく、医療AIの技術提供にとどまらず、日本式医療の展開も視野に入れて両社で協働してまいります。

医療分野におけるDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）とヘルステックの普及、そして質の高い医療の国際的共有を通じて、ベトナム社会主義共和国の病理技術の向上とAI技術の発展に寄与してまいります。

SMC Co.,Ltd. Medical Tourism Japan Division (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; Director: Katsuya Sakagami), which supports the overseas expansion of Japanese medical technology and provides medical tourism services, and Medmain Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Representative Director and CEO: Osamu Iizuka), which develops and provides an AI-equipped cloud system to support digital pathology as a partner to healthcare professionals around the world and whose corporate mission is to "create a world where necessary medical care can be received anytime, anywhere through technology," have entered into a partnership agreement effective July 1, 2025, to deploy Medmain's pathology medical AI program in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Through this agreement, the two companies will promote the use of AI in research at medical institutions in Vietnam and work together to meet the growing local demand for Japanese-style medical care. They will not only provide medical AI technology, but also consider the deployment of Japanese-style medical care.

Through the promotion of digital transformation (DX) and healthtech in the medical field and the international sharing of high-quality medical care, the two companies aim to contribute to the improvement of pathology technology and the development of AI technology in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Thông qua thỏa thuận này, hai công ty sẽ hợp tác để thúc đẩy việc sử dụng nghiên cứu AI tại các cơ sở y tế tại Việt Nam và đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng tăng về việc giới thiệu dịch vụ chăm sóc y tế theo phong cách Nhật Bản tại Việt Nam, không chỉ bằng cách cung cấp công nghệ AI y tế mà còn hướng tới việc phát triển dịch vụ chăm sóc y tế theo phong cách Nhật Bản.

Thông qua việc phổ biến chuyển đổi số (DX) và công nghệ y tế trong lĩnh vực y tế và chia sẻ dịch vụ chăm sóc y tế chất lượng cao trên toàn cầu, hai công ty sẽ đóng góp vào việc cải thiện các kỹ thuật bệnh lý và phát triển công nghệ AI tại Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Ngày 24 tháng 7 năm 2025, Công ty TNHH SMC, Nhật Bản đã tổ chức lễ ký kết Biên bản ghi nhớ với Bệnh viện Thống Nhất, Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam về việc triển khai dịch vụ y tế theo phong cách Nhật Bản tại Bệnh viện Thống Nhất. Hoạt động này cũng được tài trợ bởi Dự án Đồng sáng tạo hướng đến tương lai của Bộ Kinh tế, Thương mại và Công nghiệp Nhật Bản, Tổng Lãnh sự Ono, Tổng Lãnh sự quán Nhật Bản tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã tham dự với tư cách là người chứng kiến.

On July 24, 2025, SMC Co., Ltd. Japan (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido, General Director: Katsuya Sakagami) held a signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding with Thong Nhat Hospital, Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the implementation of Japanese-style medical treatment at Thong Nhat Hospital. As this activity was also sponsored by the Future-oriented Co-creation Project of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, Consul General Ono of the Consulate General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City attended as a witness.

Tại Triển lãm Du lịch chăm sóc sức khỏe quốc tế iWT lần thứ 3 được tổ chức tại Tokyo Big Sight, Giám đốc JIMCA Sakagami đã có bài phát biểu tại hội thảo cùng với ông Toga từ Bộ Kinh tế, Thương mại và Công nghiệp Nhật Bản.
Dựa trên chủ đề chung "Chiến lược tương lai cho du lịch y tế trong nước: định hướng chính sách và triển vọng thị trường nhìn từ tình hình hiện tại", đại diện công ty chúng tôi đã có bài thuyết trình với chủ đề "Tình hình hiện tại của thị trường du lịch y tế trong nước nhìn từ góc độ tình hình hợp tác y tế quốc tế hiện nay". Sự kiện có rất đông người tham dự và chúng tôi nhận được nhiều câu hỏi hơn số câu hỏi chúng tôi có thể trả lời trong thời gian cho phép. Điều này cho thấy mức độ quan tâm cao đối với du lịch y tế trong nước.
Chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục hợp tác với Bộ Kinh tế, Thương mại và Công nghiệp và các bộ, ngành liên quan khác để đóng góp vào sự phát triển của ngành!

At the 3rd iWT International Healthcare Tourism Exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight, JIMCA Director Sakagami gave a speech at a seminar together with Mr. Toga of the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Based on the overall theme "Future Strategy for Domestic Medical Tourism: Policy Direction and Market Outlook from the Perspective of the Actual Situation," our company representative gave a speech titled "The Actual Situation of the Domestic Medical Tourism Market from the Perspective of the Actual Situation of International Medical Cooperation." Many people attended the event, and we received so many questions that we could not answer them all within the time limit. This shows the high level of interest in domestic medical tourism.
We will continue to work with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and other relevant ministries and agencies to contribute to the development of the industry!

Katsuya Sakagami của Công ty TNHH SMC sẽ phát triển "Trung tâm AI theo phong cách Nhật Bản" cho Bệnh viện Đa khoa Hà Đông, Hà Nội, Việt Nam (bệnh viện hạng nhất trực thuộc Sở Y tế Hà Nội) vào cuối năm 2025.
