Santa dropped by🎅😁

I’m about to start a new gym season - I usually train in cycles, on and off throughout the year. So I’m restocking the full supplement stack.

Everything I’m running right now to build muscle, recover faster, and stay consistent with OMAD. I go through each one in the video - what it does, why I take it, when I take it.

(Yes, I forgot to include creatine monohydrate in this order because I’ve already got stacks of it. That’s always in rotation.)

For over 5 years, I’ve lived the OMAD diet by eating one meal a day.

I’ve hit my fitness goals, feel sharper than ever, and saved some serious time lol take that you meal prepping plastic box stacking calorie counters!! 🤣 It’s been the perfect solution for someone constantly on the move, trying to get the most out of each day.

The truth is OMAD isn’t about losing weight.
It’s about feeling good and energised throughout the day. Facing the world with your best focused and disciplined self.

I’ve hovered around 81–84kg for years, feel stronger and fitter than ever, and still, people don’t believe me when I say I only eat once a day. Completely natural with a few go to supplements that I take.

It’s no surprise. The fitness and food industry is in shambles. With so much information out there being rammed down our throats, the next ‘fix all supplement’ being slinged by your TikTok influencer, it’s difficult to cut through the bs to find out what works and what doesn’t. Here is where I will share what has and continues to work for me. That’s a gym selfie from yesterday where I hit a personal best on the bench with a record of 135kg
