😌Being overweight is a problem many women face after giving birth
Me too, I used to get depressed every time I looked at myself in the mirror
- I'm Najila Trindade, 33 years old, a teacher living and working in Kyoto, after giving birth to my first child, I had weight problems. Face fat, belly fat, thigh fat, especially after giving birth, still have stretch marks. Being overweight makes me depressed, lose confidence, afraid to communicate with people around.
