〜3月の不調と自律神経〜
寒暖差、花粉、環境の変化。
3月は、自律神経がもっとも揺らぎやすい季節です。
日中と朝晩の激しい気温差。新生活への緊張や忙しさ。
花粉による体への刺激。
体はそれらに適応しようとして、自律神経がフル稼働します。
その結果、
・なんとなくだるい
・頭痛やめまい
・眠りが浅い
・イライラする
・肌が荒れやすい
といった“春バテ”のような症状が出やすくなります。
東洋医学では、この状態を「気の乱れ」や
「巡りの滞り」として捉えます。
漢方は、症状だけを見るのではなく、
今の体質や生活背景を含めて整えていくもの。

March is one of the seasons when the autonomic nervous system becomes most unsettled.
Sharp differences between daytime warmth and chilly mornings and evenings,
the tension and busyness of a new season of life,
and the physical irritation caused by pollen.
As the body tries to adapt to these changes,
the autonomic nervous system works continuously to maintain balance.
As a result, symptoms similar to what is sometimes called “spring fatigue” may appear:
• A general feeling of heaviness or fatigue
• Headaches or dizziness
• Light or restless sleep
• Irritability
• Skin that becomes easily irritated
In Eastern medicine, this condition is often viewed as a disturbance of Qi
or a stagnation in the body’s natural flow.
Japanese Kampo does not focus only on symptoms.
It considers your constitution and daily lifestyle as part of the overall balance.
For example:
• Those who tend to carry strong tension
• Those whose bodies are still affected by lingering cold
