・皮膚の上から触れる筋肉に◯をつけよう！
・皮膚の上から触れる骨に◯をつけよう！
・正しい立ち方　胸をはるのは間違い！？
・ストレッチポールで背筋ピーン！
など

盛りだくさんで開催できました！

参加した生徒さん、保護者の皆様も
楽しく参加できたようで嬉しかったです！

この講座で伝えたかったのは
体についてももちろんですが、

以下一部抜粋

このスマホはいくらくらいかな？
このパソコンは？

ではみんなの体は？
値段なんてつけれないよね。

そう。
みんなの体は一生に一つ。
お金をいくら出しても代わりはありません。
大切に使っていかないといけないよね！

一生に一つしかない体、
良い姿勢と悪い姿勢、
どちらで過ごした方がいいと思う?

「いい姿勢！」

そうだね！

といった一部の内容です。

体について知ること。
大切さを知ること。
体の位置の基準を知ること。

そういったことを子供達自身に
気づいてもらうこと。
もちろん保護者にも。

6回目のプノンペンも無事終了しました。

今回も50人ほど施術できました！

次回は7月！
次は70人施術する予感😆

2ヶ月に1度出張整体を始めて、7月で1年。
時間の経過が早いな。
