今日は意外と見落とされがちな
**鉄欠乏（貧血）**のお話です。

成長がとても早い赤ちゃんは、生後6か月ごろから鉄分が不足しやすくなります。
特に 完全母乳栄養のお子さまは要注意。

✔ 離乳食のスタートを遅らせないこと
✔ レバー・赤身肉・魚など鉄分を含む動物性食品を少しずつ取り入れること

この時期の鉄分は、
からだだけでなく脳の発達にも大切です。

「うちの子、大丈夫かな？」
気になることがあれば、いつでもご相談ください。

Is your baby getting enough iron?

Today, we’re talking about iron deficiency (including anemia) —
something that is often overlooked.

Babies grow very rapidly, and from around 6 months of age,
they can become low in iron.
This is especially important for babies who are exclusively breastfed.

✔ Don’t delay starting solid foods
✔ Gradually include iron-rich animal foods such as
　meat, liver, and fish in daily meals

Iron during this stage is important not only for the body,
but also for brain development.

If you’re wondering, “Is my child getting enough iron?”

I was surprised to hear that he had been in Taiwan until just the day before—he truly has an incredibly busy schedule!
