エコチル調査富山ユニットセンターから成果発表報告書（2022-2025年）が発刊されました。

副院長の論文もわかりやすく紹介して頂きました。

⚫︎Association of soap use when bathing 18-month-old infants with the prevalence of allergic diseases at age 3 years: The Japan Environment and Children's Study.

入浴時の石けんを使う習慣は、その後のアトピー性皮膚炎と食物アレルギーの発症を抑制する可能性を報告しています。

皮膚に存在する黄色ブドウ球菌やアレルゲンを効率よく洗い流すことで、皮膚の炎症やその後の経皮感作を抑制しているのかもしれません。

Our vice director’s study was also featured in an easy-to-understand summary!

⚫︎Association of soap use when bathing 18-month-old infants with the prevalence of allergic diseases at age 3 years
(Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, 2023)

This study suggests that using soap during bathing in infancy may help reduce the risk of developing atopic dermatitis and food allergies later in childhood.

One possible reason is that soap helps wash away Staphylococcus aureus and allergens from the skin, which may reduce skin inflammation and prevent transcutaneous sensitization.

今週は『アレルギー週間』です

石坂公成・照子夫妻が〝IgE抗体”を発見・世界に発表した2月20日を「アレルギーの日」と制定し、毎年2月17日から23日の１週間を「アレルギー週間」として全国各地で医療相談や講演会などを実施しています。

富山県では22日（日）に県民会館でアレルギー疾患講演会が開催されます。小児科からは当院Instagramでもお馴染みの村上先生が食物アレルギーに関する講演を行うようです！

This week is Allergy Week.

February 20 — the day when Drs. Kimishige and Teruko Ishizaka discovered and announced the existence of “IgE antibodies” to the world — has been designated as Allergy Day in Japan.

Every year, the week from February 17 to 23 is recognized as Allergy Week, during which medical consultations, public lectures, and educational events are held nationwide to raise awareness about allergic diseases.

In Toyama Prefecture, an Allergy Lecture for the public will be held this Sunday (22nd) at the Toyama Prefectural Civic Center.

From pediatrics, Dr. Murakami — who many of you know from our clinic’s Instagram — will be giving a talk on food allergies!

If you’re interested in learning more about allergies, this is a great opportunity to join and learn together.
