少人数のあたたかく、明るい暮らしで「我が家」として、日常生活を過ごせるようご支援致します。
又、長年暮らし続け本人にとって最後まで安心出来るよう努めています。
お互いに寄り添う時間を提供し、利用者さんの立場になり、職員一同質の向上を計り、生活支援を致します。
