〇 Prof. Mori’s wellness tips: how to take bioenergy into body

Here’s a new episode from a wellness tips series by Prof. Mori, a microcirculation /physiology researcher and cultivator of reishi.

This month, Prof. Mori talks about something about kidney disorders, as well as showing exercise to protect the kidneys.

Many people with poor kidney function also have diabetes.

The root cause of diabetes is poor blood flow in peripheral blood vessels.

Check out the video and learn how we can take energy into the kidneys.

(Turn subtitles on to view English subtitles.)

-----

One good option to deal with kidney disease is transplant.

The operation itself is not so difficult, because it only requires connecting three points.

However, it often causes rejection response, which makes it difficult to find the kidney that works with your body.

Some patients wait for the ones that suit them for more than ten years.

We can’t say it out loud, but some people in China get kidneys from death-row inmates.

Diabetes causes poor blood flow in peripheral vessels, which triggers various dysfunctions.

Let me tell you how to take energy into your kidneys.

Kidneys are located diagonally next to the navel, near the waist.

There are two, just diagonally behind the navel.

If you have a problem in the kidneys, rub your palms 9 times and touch your waist.

Diabetes causes poor blood flow in peripheral vessels, which triggers other diseases.

Rub your palms 9 times to make them warm, and then bring them over the kidneys.

It’s the easiest way that anyone can do anytime.

Good sleep helps you take bioenergy into your body.

There is a zone around the earth called Van Allen radiation belts that emits 7.8Hz radiation.

They are radiation belts made up of protons and electrons captured by the magnetic field of the earth, and act as a barrier against harmful cosmic radiation.
2.7 to 2.8 billion years ago, when the magnetic field of the earth was born, the Van Allen radiation belts appeared and the atmosphere began to buffer the radiation that fell directly on the earth, which allowed microorganisms to be generated in shallow, warm oceans.
(cf. The Radiation Odyssey by Japan Atomic Energy Agency, based on articles on the websites of JAXA and ISEE Nagoya Univ.)

Brain waves have some types, such as alpha wave, beta wave, and theta wave.
Among them, alpha wave is divided to 3 ranges:
7.8Hz called slow alpha wave
10Hz called mid alpha wave
13.6Hz called fast alpha wave.

Slow alpha wave becomes dominant when you get drowsy just before falling asleep, as well as when you are in deeply meditative state.

Prof. Mori stresses, “it is 7.8Hz that allows animals and plants to grow well, and you need to understand it if you want to know about human body”.

Next month's health method is "Bathing method to release bioenergy".

Dementia care: from caring for those who are close to you to caring for those who are cured.

Everyone, please be aware that dementia can be cured.

Right now, I feel that way about Donald Trump, the president of the United States.

I don't think his condition is good. We need to deal with his dementia.
People who don't think dementia can be cured say random things.

It's no good if doctors who have never actually cured dementia talk about their knowledge.

We are premised on the fact that it can be cured.
You can't be happy unless you cure it.
We are building Zero Dementia Community Project equipped with the facilities to do that.

Thyroid diseases common in women - Dementia Improved Support Association of Japan

-----

Thyroid disorders common in women

Thyroid disorders, common in woman in their 20s to 50s, include Grave’s disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, subacute thyroiditis, benign tumor, cyst, and cancer.

Grave’s disease or hyperthyroidism can be caused by stress.
Stress can affect secretion of thyroid gland hormone, which can lead to abnormalities in thyroid function.

When you suffer great mental shock, that stress can trigger thyroid symptoms.
Avoiding stress is important not to relapse or worsen the symptoms.

You should keep in mind following things to prevent Grave’s disease.
Having enough sleep to keep a normal circadian rhythm
Avoiding building up physical fatigue or mental stress
Avoiding too much exercise to keep away from overfatigue
Relaxing yourself by listening to the music, reading a book, painting, walking in the woods etc.
Quitting smoking

Aged people have higher risk for dysfunctions like hypothyroidism or thyrotoxicosis.
The former, especially common in the elderly, can show only mild and atypical symptoms, which makes it difficult to be distinguished from other disorders.

Hypothyroidism
Aged patients tend to have less typical symptoms such as body weight increase, muscle spasm, tingling in hands, and intolerance to cold.
Some patients have confusion, poor appetite, body weight loss, fall, incontinence, arthralgia, myalgia, or torpor
Confusion or forgetfulness shown in severe cases makes the disease mistaken for Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia.
The treatment method is hormonal replacement therapy.

Thyrotoxicosis
The symptoms include body weight loss, palpitation, increase in sweating, malaise, and fatigue.
Just like hypothyroidism, most symptoms are mistaken for those caused by aging.
In fact, they are very similar to problems attributed to decline with aging or other types of diseases.
For effective treatment, you must be careful not to miss the relevant symptoms.

This month, Prof. Mori talks about thyroid grand and stress.

Prof. Masao Mori.
(Turn subtitles on to view English subtitles.)

Our chairman and scientific advisor Prof. Mori shares his unique prospect on the global trends in 2025.

The world saw too many wars and conflicts in 2024.

Prof. Mori expects that we will see transfers of leadership and shifts in global dynamics, which will make 2025 the year of big changes.

Now most people seem to be worried that World War III could break out.
Prof. Mori says he was told by one of his trusted friends that it will never happen.

Agreeing to the view, Prof. Mori says “Don’t worry everyone, humans are not that stupid,” hoping to avoid anxiety that might hurt your heart.

-----

The Nobel Peace Prize in 2024 was awarded to Nihon Hidankyo, Japan Confederation of A- and H-Bomb Sufferers Organizations, for their long-standing commitment to world peace.

Prof. Mori refers to the news, saying “This is a fantastic achievement that will be a turning point of history.”

We hope, as the people in Hidankyo do, this will work as a cue for change of global awareness.

Despite having a positive view, Prof. Mori still has something that worries him.
President-elect Trump said that he would withdraw U. S. troops from South Korea.

It could trigger North Korea’s invasion that will lead to the second Korean War.

-----

Domestically, Prof. Mori is aware of the need to deal with depression in young people.

It is true that dementia begins with depression, and those who suffer depression are more likely to develop dementia, and vice versa.

Psychological approach is not enough for most depression cases, regardless of whether the patient is a kid or aged.

We offer a way to treat depression and dementia at the same time.

Don’t miss the following video, where Prof. Mori explains why we can deal with both of them.

I recommend my son as the “village chief” in Zero Dementia Project.
He is well versed in both assistance and cure in caregiving field.

The current main approach in dementia care focuses on assistance.
But you can’t find a real solution without offering curative care.

Japan’s government advocates community building for accepting people living with dementia.
This is just idealism by those who don’t know the reality.
It is inevitable to take curative measures for allowing those with dementia to live in their own communities.

Now I’ve got support from my old friends.
They are competent people who once created new business that had never existed.
We are running our plan looking to create new industry.

We will work with whoever understands the significance of curing dementia, regardless of religion or political stance.

Please look forward to what’s going to happen in coming year.
I wish you all the best.

Prof Mori’s wellness tips

Why improving microcirculation leads to dementia improvement ?

Here’s a new episode from a wellness tips series by Prof. Mori, a microcirculation /physiology researcher and cultivator of Reishi.

This month, Prof, Mori shares ”Improving microcirculation can cure dementia”.

(Turn subtitles on to view English subtitles.)

-----

There are two types of vessels: artery to provide blood from the heart and vein to send blood back to the heart.

Arteries and veins are not connected directly to each other.

So, how can blood circulate?

Actually, there is another type of vessels called capillary.
Capillaries connect arteries and veins, exchanging oxygen, nutrients, carbon dioxide, and waste products with cells.

This is what we call microcirculation, which covers one of the crucial functions to keep tissues and organs vital.

Monitoring how microcirculation is working enables us to comprehend what is going on in living organisms.

Most physicians and professionals know that regulating microcirculation is important for alleviating dementia symptoms, but they don’t have any measure.

Fortunately, we have KOUKA.

KOUKA can improve functions of microcirculation.

We also have a kind of microscope called miculator to observe how it works for microcirculation.

KOUKA helps human body generate 3 substances: nitric oxide (NO), 2,3-diphosphoglyceric acid (2,3-DPG), and Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH-Px).

In 1998, R. Furchgott, L. Ignarro, and F. Murad won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for their “discoveries concerning nitric oxide as a signalling molecule in the cardiovascular system."

In human body, NO dilates vessels after being released from vascular endothelial cells, making the vessels suppler to stabilize blood pressure.

NO is effective for preventing arterial sclerosis.
In addition, it is expected to prevent and relieve hypertension, because its production is promoted when blood flow speeds up.

Arteries and veins consist of 3 layers.

On the other hand, capillaries, arterioles and venules, which compose minute circulation of 200 to 400μm called microcirculation, have only 1 layer.

NO is a gas that is released from endothelial cells of these small vessels, which causes those vessels to expand.

KOUKA promotes NO secretion to boost expansion of those vessels.

Then, more red blood cells come into the vessels, delivering oxygen and nutrients, taking wastes away.

Sufficient supply of oxygen and nutrients causes increase in the number of small vessels.

So, improvement of microcirculation actually means increase in the size and number of those small vessels.

Blood appears red because a protein called hemoglobin in red blood cells contains iron, which combines with oxygen to turn red.

We started our research on green juice aiming to alleviate anemia to promote functions of red blood cells.

We knew that we need something more than boosting NO production to improve microcirculation.

An increased amount of red blood cells can collect and carry more oxygen, but it is not enough.

Oxygen needs to be separated from red blood cells after being carried.

That is exactly what 2,3-DPG does.

Then, more oxygen penetrates into organs.

The third substance, GSH-Px, is known as an oxidoreductase.

It is the strongest enzyme to reduce oxidation of human body.

The enzyme protects living organisms from oxidative stress, serving as one of the main antioxidant enzymes inside and outside cells.

It has the ability to reduce hydrogen peroxide and lipid peroxides, protecting membranes and sensitive areas of cells from oxidative damages.

It means oxidized cells can never return to normal without GSH-Px.

This is how these three substances are essential.

Without them, human body can never deal with risk factors including cancer cells.

So, let’s generate and secrete these crucial substances by yourself.

By taking KOUKA, you can promote the secretion, which improves microcirculation that leads to alleviation of dementia.

Remember, the three substances exist in human body naturally, so there is no need to worry about side effects.

What we are focusing on is to strengthen our innate ability to produce those substances inside our own bodies.

The next section will let you know about another point in focus, treatment of depression, which is also indispensable for alleviation of dementia.
