今年の冬季から、やまびこ(1650m)&上の平(1500m) には、最新技術の人工雪製造機が22台設置されました。これらは、暖冬に十分な自然降雪がない初冬シーズンと春シーズンに非常に力強い味方になり確実に安定した営業期間を確保してくれるでしょう😌❄️🙌　コロナがなければ😅⁣

For those of you who are Ski Lift Gondola "Otaku (!) " mean " Geek" here is some very detailed information about the new lifts in Nozawa🥸

Nozawa's new Gondola Lift is derived from Doppelmayr's "D-line" in St. Anton am Arlberg Austria, which is Nozawa's sister village in Europe. Here is a link for further details:

This lift is classified as "The world's most advanced lift technology" boasting the fastest, safest, and most comfortable ride available.

The lift offers a First Class experience with highly cushioned leather seats, and an air exchange system inside each car. You are able to carry all of your gear inside the car, making entry and exit from the car smooth, easy and very quick.

Some details about construction of the lift:

Route total length : 3,129m

Cable high and low difference : 789m

Capacity of persons per car : 10pp ( limited to 6 people for the 2020-2021 season as a COVID-19 measure)

Number of cars : 80 including 2 Skeletons and 1 Naski design

Hourly transport : 2,400 people per hour ( one way )

Driving speed : 6.0m/s

Construction costs : 2,991,600,000yen ( ~USD $28,765,000)

Construction period : May 2017 to November 2020 for a total of 3 years and 7months .
