Nozawa Physio was established as a branch office of Tokyo Physio, to provide quality care for residents and visitors to Nozawa. We are committed to providing a standard of care that is up with the best in the world. We specialise in assessing and managing snow sports injuries with dedicated Australian trained physiotherapy care and can provide documentation for your travel insurance claim. We also provide sports, remedial and relaxation massage services and stock a wide range of bracing and joint support to ensure your snow holiday time is spent on the slopes. Nozawa Physio also has branches in Tokyo, Niseko and Hakuba. Appointments are available all day, please contact us to reserve your time.

Are you organised, friendly, and ready to be the welcoming face of our clinics? Asia Physio is seeking a proactive Receptionist to join our team and ensure a smooth front desk experience for our patients this winter season!

What you’ll do:
👋 Greet patients warmly and professionally
📅 Manage appointments and scheduling (in person & by phone)
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Coordinate with physios & massage therapists for smooth clinic flow
💳 Process payments, issue receipts & reconcile daily cash
🧾 Handle direct billing with insurance companies
🗂️ Keep patient records accurate and confidential
📋 Support front desk operations & general admin tasks

What we’re looking for:
💼 Previous experience in clinic admin or healthcare customer service
🗣️ Strong English communication (Japanese a plus!)
🖥️ Confident with scheduling systems (Cliniko, Square, Excel/Sheets, etc.)
🧠 Organised, detail-oriented & calm under pressure
🌟 Adaptable team player with a professional, positive attitude
🏠 Comfortable living in shared accommodation
🛂 Eligible for Working Holiday Visa or valid work permit in Japan
🚗 International Driving Permit & confident driver in snow a bonus!

Are you reliable, hands-on, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? Asia Physio is seeking a Facility Worker/Driver to support daily operations at our busy clinics and staff housing this winter season!

What you’ll do:
🚌 Drive and assist patients to/from the clinic
🔧 Handle repairs and upkeep around the clinic & staff housing
❄️ Keep access safe by snow clearing
🛒 Restock clinic and household supplies
📦 Maintain warehouse stock and assist with deliveries
♻️ Manage waste disposal in line with local rules

What we’re looking for:
💪 Proactive, hands-on, and hardworking
⏰ Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team
🔄 Flexible with working hours
😊 Friendly and respectful towards patients & staff
🔧 Trade qualification or equivalent experience is a plus
🚙 Confident, safe driver — especially in snow!
🏠 Comfortable living in shared accommodation
🛂 Eligible for Working Holiday Visa or valid work permit in Japan
🚗 Must have (or be willing to obtain) an International Driving Permit & manual license
