📍 Nozawa Onsen, Japan
Are you organised, friendly, and ready to be the welcoming face of our clinics? Asia Physio is seeking a proactive Receptionist to join our team and ensure a smooth front desk experience for our patients this winter season!
What you’ll do:
👋 Greet patients warmly and professionally
📅 Manage appointments and scheduling (in person & by phone)
🧑🤝🧑 Coordinate with physios & massage therapists for smooth clinic flow
💳 Process payments, issue receipts & reconcile daily cash
🧾 Handle direct billing with insurance companies
🗂️ Keep patient records accurate and confidential
📋 Support front desk operations & general admin tasks
What we’re looking for:
💼 Previous experience in clinic admin or healthcare customer service
🗣️ Strong English communication (Japanese a plus!)
🖥️ Confident with scheduling systems (Cliniko, Square, Excel/Sheets, etc.)
🧠 Organised, detail-oriented & calm under pressure
🌟 Adaptable team player with a professional, positive attitude
🏠 Comfortable living in shared accommodation
🛂 Eligible for Working Holiday Visa or valid work permit in Japan
🚗 International Driving Permit & confident driver in snow a bonus!
