フルヤプランツでは、単に植物を育てるだけでなく、自然の奥深い美しさと、それに向き合う真摯な姿勢を大切にしています。この度、横浜のチームに植木屋（ナーサリー）の植え込み・育成スタッフとして、実用的で献身的な方を募集します。フルタイム・パートタイム問わず、即戦力となる方を探しています。

この職務は、私たちの活動の核となる実務です。作業の約80%は、新しい樹木の植え付けや、成熟した植物をお客様のために丁寧に掘り上げるという、重要かつ身体を使う作業で構成されます。地球と直接繋がり、深い植物学の知識を身につけ、私たちの活動がもたらす永続的な影響に貢献する機会です。

直接的な関わり: 多様で上質な、時には希少な植物の植え付けや栽培という基盤となる業務に積極的に携わります。

求める人材:

植物、屋外での作業に真に関心を持ち、実践的なスキルを学び、習得する意欲のある方。

日本の普通自動車運転免許は必須です。
優遇スキル: マニュアル車の運転経験。
特別な強み: ユンボー（ショベルカー）などの重機操作経験。

We are seeking pragmatic and committed individuals to join our Yokohama team as Planting & Cultivation Staff. We're looking to hire immediately for either full-time or part-time positions.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, where approximately 80% of your work will involve the essential and physically engaging tasks of planting new trees and carefully digging up mature specimens for clients. It’s an opportunity to connect directly with the earth, develop a deep understanding of horticulture, and contribute to the lasting impact of our work.

What to Expect:

Direct Engagement: Be actively involved in the foundational work of planting and cultivating a diverse range of high-quality, often rare, plants.

Who We Are Looking For:

* A valid Japanese driver's license is required.
* Highly valued but not required skills: Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficiency in operating heavy machinery, such as excavators.
