30 days out.

At 49 years old, I’m deep in prep for another Men’s Physique show. The journey hasn’t been easy—plenty of ups and downs. Staying disciplined with my food every single day, even when the cravings hit hard.

Some days I walk into the gym sluggish, low energy… but I still show up.

Every rep, every clean meal, every bit of cardio—it’s all part of the grind. Doing everything I can to bring the best version of me to that stage.

Let’s finish strong. Let’s see what this 49-year-old physique can do. 👊
