The session duration can be selected from 45 mins and 60 mins. The first half would be the gentle deep tissue massage to relax those hard worked body, then the adjustment massage followed in the second half. Don't worry they are not one of those brutal painful types but comfortably adjust your body to the correct alignment in the most needed areas.
TAIHEI therapist will ensure to talk to you about pressure, respect your preferences (they are more important than any treatment ideology), and be careful about stumbling into areas that need much less pressure (for comfort) or much more pressure (for satisfaction). He speaks intermediate level of English, so stay calm. 🙂
