Psychotherapy,

EMDR, Kickboxing, Yoga therapy, and other holistic health practices are entwined together with our diverse clientele to develop individualized plans of action to teach clients to “Get Up, Be Raised Up, Grow!”.Our clients seek us out specifically because of our staff’s abilities to integrate a psychotherapeutic Christian foundation from a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual whole person integrated counseling modality. This TAIM© Model focuses on the client ability to integrate healing and restoration of self. We work with individuals, and families using intra (deep) and inter (surface level) personal relationships according to client’s needs.

Men it’s men’s mental health month and we’re here to let you hear that YOU matter! Your inner pain matters. It’s okay to share in a place you are able to feel safe. Therapy can provide you with a sense of relief when it comes time for you to rest and recover from the stress and anxiety of carrying the weight and feeling burdened.

It’s okay to:
✅ Feel insecure
✅ Ask for help
✅ Cry
✅ Be vulnerable

Men deserve the full range of human emotions — and the support to navigate them.

It’s tough knowing what to say at different times. Sometimes you may have to resist fixing it for someone you care about and allowing them a safe space to feel their uncomfortable feelings. This is not something that everyone is comfortable with. This is when therapy is helpful for both parties. But what DO you say and not say when you desire for them to see that you care??

Many of us are unsure what we could say to a loved one who has survived trauma that would be helpful and make them feel safe. Here are some common phrases to avoid—and some to try instead.
