Parents and Grade 10 Students Orientation at Sosiot Girls.

Parents and Grade 10 students’ orientation is a vital process for any institution, as it lays a strong foundation for collaboration, understanding, and academic success.
Yesterday, I was privileged to serve as a guest speaker at Sosiot Girls High School. It was truly a blessed and impactful session where we engaged with parents and students, sharing insights on the various roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders in the educational journey.
We emphasized the importance of partnership between the school, parents, and students in nurturing discipline, academic excellence, and personal growth. The interactive discussions and positive engagement made the session both meaningful and inspiring.
I am grateful to Dr. Zeddy Cheruiyot Snr Principal and school management BOM and PA for the opportunity and look forward to continued collaboration in shaping bright futures for our learners.

Its one way of ensure the government led by PORK HE Dr. William Samoei Ruto is delivering THE PLAN.

As I count my blessings, Chepalungu Boys High School led by the principal Mr. Sammy Rotich is proudly on that list — a truly promising institution dedicated to delivering education for life.
I had the honour of joining the school leadership represented by Eng. Langa SIC Chair, parents represented by Mr. Tonui PA chair, teachers and students during the Grade 10 Parents’ Orientation as the Guest Speaker. It was an inspiring moment to witness the strong partnership between teachers and parents, united in shaping the future of our learners.
I remain fully committed to championing and supporting the successful implementation of the Competency-Based Education (CBE) system by the PORK HE Dr. William Samoei Ruto — a revolutionary approach to learning whose time is now. Together, we will continue pushing to ensure that CBE is effectively delivered, equipping our learners not just with knowledge, but with practical skills, values, and competencies for life.

G10 Career Mentorship & Parents’ Orientation on the New Education System
Career mentorship at the Grade 10 level, together with proper orientation of parents to the new education system, is essential for a smooth and successful transition. When both learners and parents clearly understand the structure, expectations, roles, and responsibilities within the new system, students are better guided in making informed academic and career choices.
Mulot Girls, a prime and fast growing school in Bomet County, provided a valuable platform for this important engagement. I was privileged to play a primary role in bringing parents, students, and stakeholders up to speed with the new system and the expectations that come with it.
Such initiatives ensure inclusive education for all and contribute to sustainable development. By empowering learners and aligning parents with the national education reforms, we support the successful implementation of the Government’s development agenda and help deliver on the vision set by the President of the Republic HE Dr. William Samoei Ruto .

Appreciation goes to Md. Sally Towett - Principal, Mdm Grace BOM chair, Mr. Barkesa PA chair and committed teachers from Mulot Girls.
God bless.

The President’s firm commitment to eradicate the alcohol and drug abuse (ADSA) menace and safeguard Kenya’s human capital stands out as a powerful New Year gift to our motherland.
He chaired a high-level multi-agency meeting to fast-track a coordinated national response to alcohol and drug abuse, in line with the commitments made in the New Year Address.
Key measures include finalising the legal framework to strengthen coordination and accountability across government, deploying additional well-trained officers to the Anti-Narcotics Unit with enhanced logistical support, and intensifying enforcement efforts.
The government will establish rehabilitation centres in all 47 counties in collaboration with county governments and NACADA, while strengthening rehabilitation services in national referral hospitals. The Social Health Authority will also enhance health cover for treatment and recovery.
To curb drug trafficking and organised crime, multi-agency border teams will be deployed at five critical entry points.
The focus remains clear: a whole-of-government approach that integrates prevention, enforcement, treatment and recovery to protect Kenyans and secure the nation’s future

I was blessed to attend the Londiani Regional Youth Back to School Rally held at Africa Inland Church, which brought together youths from across Londiani Region, Kericho County. The event, made possible through the support of Bishop Paul Kirui, Deputy Presiding Bishop of AIC Kenya, alongside dedicated host pastors and church leaders, was a great success. It featured uplifting worship, prayer, and reflections that emphasized Christian values and strong spiritual foundations. The energy, fellowship, and meaningful engagement among the youth highlighted the power of unity and the vital role of the Church in shaping the next generation. I am grateful to have been part of this transformative experience and look forward to its lasting impact on the lives of the young people as Wito Boresha Maisha CBO

At WITO Boresha Maisha Organization, we believe that discipline is the bridge between achievement and potential. Sadly, child delinquency often weakens this bridge, hindering our youth from realizing their full potential.

Through our guidance, counseling, and mentorship programs, we are committed to rebuilding that bridge — helping young people rediscover purpose, discipline, and direction.

We sincerely appreciate the schools and churches that have partnered with us to deliver this transformative course. Your collaboration continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of many.

Together, we are nurturing a disciplined and empowered generation.
