It has been 5 weeks of fun and training for these beautiful young girls who were always eager to learn a new skill every week.
Words cannot explain how awesome 😍 the classes were for me and the girls.
We baked, we played, we laughed, we cooked , we shared together.
The seeds we plant in our children should never be underestimated.

Train your children, they will train their children.

It can't be said any better. We don't just prepare food to eat or to be full. Ww should enjoy every meals at all times. Ensure you have the right perception concerning food and visualize how your food will look on your plate.
Food doesn't just appear beautiful and appealing. Food preparation must have heart, it's deeply thought through and there no shortcuts in the preparation.
