Though painful, it’s essential to remain patient and gently encourage them to seek help.

Modify your environment to avoid triggers, such as uninstalling an app or rearranging your space. Find alternative activities to keep you engaged. Reflect on past successes and failures, then build a support network to stay on track.

It is now seven years since that ‘awful’ day, and I am still sober. I am thankful to my brother and everyone who was part of my journey.
