ee, when it comes to managing ulcers and gastritis effectively.

Making significant dietary changes is the first thing you need to do.

First and foremost, eliminate foods that can inflame your gut, such as fructose, gluten, galactose, and corn starch.

These substances can exacerbate inflammation and worsen your symptoms.

You also need to include fasting into your routine

This can also be beneficial.

Consider adopting a 2 Meals A Day (2MAD) or One Meal A Day (OMAD) approach, along with autophagy fasting.

Fasting allows your gut to rest and heal, promoting the natural self-cleaning processes of the digestive system.

Also, don’t shy away from salt.

Contrary to some beliefs, salt can help maintain the balance of fluids in your body and support proper digestion when consumed in moderation.

It’s important to avoid antacids and over-the-counter medications that may worsen your condition over time.

While they might provide temporary relief, they can lead to dependency and mask underlying issues.

Instead of relying on drugs, focus on natural methods to support your gut health.

If you ever had or you are having tooth issues,

You will agree with me that it’s one of the most uncomfortable and painful things to happen to your health.

If you don’t have any, don’t wish to experience it because it’s not funny.

Now this should come from a dentist.

But since I haven’t seen any consistently dropping updates for tooth care.

Let me drop these 6 bad habits that can spoil your teeth.

1. Eating Ice.
2.Eating too hot food.
3. Eating sugar and sweets and not brushing before bed
4.Breaking bones with your teeth
5. Bitting your nails
6 using your teeth as tools e.g pliers, and bottle opener.
7. Using low quality toothpaste and not brushing regularly.

Try to avoid the above for an healthy dentition.

If you are struggling with stomach issues.

It might be time to take a hard look at what you're consuming.

Sugar, seed oils, wheat, and refined grains are all culprits that can wreak havoc on your gut.

Frequent eating, alcohol, and smoking only make things worse.

We are what we eat.

And it might interest you to know that most of the diseases you are suffering from are caused by what you eat

However, there are ways to heal your stomach inflammation.

You need to include salt (chloride) and cabbage juice rich in glutathione into your diet.

Red meat helps activate pepsin, while sauerkraut offers probiotics and vitamin C.

You should not forget the power of fasting—it can be a game-changer for your gut health.

Be wary of so-called solutions like H. Pylori kits, PPIs, and even milk; they often do more harm than good.

Frequent meals, those morning breakfasts, and antacids could also be sabotaging your recovery.

Your gut deserves better.

When you fast, your stomach may rumble.

You may feel it's a sign of worms.

This isn’t a sign of worms.

Instead, it’s your gut engaging in a self-cleaning process known as the Migrating Motor Complex (MMC).

This process involves regular cycles of powerful contractions that sweep contents through the gut, helping to clear out bacteria and debris.

You struggle with gut issues because you constantly fill your stomachs with food, leading to problems like ulcers, bloating, indigestion, nausea, excessive gas, constipation, and hemorrhoids.

You keep your home tidy and wash your car regularly, yet you often neglect the cleanliness of your gut.

Your digestive health is important.

Take it seriously.

Fasting allows the MMC to function effectively, as it only operates when you're not digesting food.

You should incorporate periods of fasting—such as a 2 Meals A Day (2MAD) or One Meal A Day (OMAD) approach.

This can enhance this natural cleansing process.

Aim for meal spacing of at least 3-5 hours to give your gut time to reset.

An overnight fast of at least 12 hours is also beneficial; for example, if you eat dinner at 8 PM, wait until 8 AM for breakfast.

This allows the MMC to work efficiently and helps rebalance your gut microbiome.

Additionally, fasting can promote autophagy, a process where your body clears out damaged cells and regenerates new ones.

This "housekeeping" mechanism is essential for maintaining overall gut health.

Your digestive system will thank you.

Manboobs are not something any man should accept as normal.

If you find yourself dealing with this issue, you need to work on it.

You shouldn't even be proud of it.

Talk about flaunting it to the world.

Fix your diet.

Focus on healthy nutritious foods that support your health and help reduce body fat.

Eat plenty of vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats while cutting back on processed foods and sugars.

You also need to accelerate your physical workouts.

Engage in a mix of strength training and cardiovascular exercises to boost your metabolism and build muscle.

Consistency is key; commit to a regular fitness routine that challenges you and promotes overall well-being.

Refuse to normalize manboobs.

It's not evidence of good living.

It’s better to be a man actively working to overcome this challenge than one who sits lazily accepting it.

Mind you, men can have breast cancer too.

Beware.
