Girls’ Escape Wellness Retreat
Theme: Reset • Reconnect • Restoration

You’ve been pouring into everyone else............
It’s time to pour back into you.

If life has left you feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected, this retreat is your invitation to pause, not out of weakness, but as an act of healing.

Reset; Release the weight, the stress, the emotional exhaustion.
Reconnect; Find your way back to yourself, your voice, your peace.
Reposition; Gently rebuild, renew your strength, and rise whole again.

Surrounded by a safe, supportive circle of women, you’ll have space to breathe, reflect, heal, and be without expectations, without pressure.

This is more than a retreat…
It’s a return to yourself.

You deserve to feel whole again.

Limited slots available; say yes to you.

Ever noticed how the world often feels like it was designed with only one "type" of mind in mind?

Now imagine navigating that world when your brain works differently-- when you experience, process and respond to life in ways that don't always fit the expected mold.

My name is Peris, and I am the founder of Pillar for Mental Health Support. I am a counseling psychologist, but more than that, I am someone who deeply believes in the power of healing and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Pillar was founded on one simple belief: no one should have to struggle with their mental and emotional battles alone. Many people carry silent burdens — stress, burnout, relationship struggles, past wounds, and the pressure of holding life together. In many communities across Kenya, these struggles are often hidden behind strong smiles.
That is why we create counseling spaces, programs, and wellness experiences that help people not just cope, but heal, grow, and rediscover their strength.

Women’s Escape Wellness Retreat – 2nd Edition
Reconnect • Reset • Reposition
Following the incredible impact of our first retreat, we are thrilled to invite you to the Women’s Escape Wellness Retreat – 2nd Edition, a transformative experience designed for women aged 24–60 years seeking space to pause, reflect, and realign their lives.
Organized by Pillar for Mental Health Support, this retreat provides a safe, nurturing environment where you can step away from daily pressures and focus fully on your emotional well-being, personal growth, and inner healing.
Women often juggle multiple roles: career, family, relationships, and personal goals, and this constant balancing act can lead to emotional fatigue, burnout, and disconnection from oneself. This retreat is your opportunity to breathe, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters.
What to Expect:
The 2nd edition goes deeper than ever before, offering meaningful conversations, guided experiences, and practical tools to support your emotional wellness and personal clarity. You will engage in:
• Reflective nature walks to calm your mind and reconnect with the present
• Guided journal sessions for self-reflection and clarity
• Wellness conversations & mindfulness practices to nurture your inner peace
• Vision mapping to define your next steps with intention
• Sisterhood circles where you can share openly in a supportive and confidential space
Our 3 Core Pillars
• Reset – Rest, release stress, and emotionally recharge
• Reconnect – Reconnect with your inner voice, values, and strengths
• Reposition – Gain clarity, set boundaries, and move forward with purpose
Beyond the activities, this retreat is about connection, empowerment, and transformation. Many participants leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to sustain their emotional wellness long after the retreat ends.
