HOW I CHASED A “SOFT LIFE”… AND LOST EVERYTHING 💔😭

I got married young after getting pregnant in my final year of college. I was 25, he was 27 — and honestly, we were happy. He was loving, present, and proud to be a husband and father. Life was simple… until he lost his construction job and left for Abroad to look for opportunities.

Money got tight. Stress entered our home. We both struggled — but instead of patience, I chose pride. When I finally got a receptionist job at a hotel in Kenya, my attitude changed. I started seeing him as a failure… calling him a useless husband and an absent father. 😭

One day, without warning, I moved out and blocked him — his family, his friends… everyone connected to him. I told myself I deserved “better.”

Then came the man who looked like answers to all my problems. Charming smile. Expensive clothes. Sweet words. He walked into my workplace and into my broken heart. I hid my past… my marriage… even my child.

What followed felt like a dream — luxury trips, flashy photos, attention everywhere. Social media saw happiness… but behind the scenes, I was losing myself.

Two years later, I gave birth to twins… and received the news that shattered me completely — I was HIV positive. The man who promised me heaven vanished overnight. Blocked me everywhere. Silence. Gone.

And in that silence… I remembered the man I had abandoned — the one who loved me when life was hard.

💔 Ladies… sometimes the life that looks shiny comes with invisible scars. Loyalty, patience, and honest communication matter more than temporary comfort.

3️⃣ Be careful with cucumbers – some believe they may affect menstrual flow.

4️⃣ Rinse with warm water – helps gently clean without irritation.

5️⃣ Avoid hitting your abdomen – prevents excess bleeding and cramps.

6️⃣ Limit sugar – heavy sugar intake can worsen cramps and flow.

7️⃣ Change pads often – wearing them too long can cause rashes or bumps.

8️⃣ Bath daily – 2–3 times a day keeps you fresh and reduces odor.

9️⃣ Use mild soap if needed – avoid harsh or scented soaps on your v***a.
