Nurses, I understand you have your rights but please consider all the innocent patients who require your services. Strike in shifts or in a way that doesn't cost lives, we are taking about human lives here once gone they shall NEVER come back. Monies cannot be compare to human life all those in ICU, HDU, Maternity, Recovery, Wards & Specialist hospitals cannot and shouldn't be put in the current situation. Let your representatives go to the table with the various county governments and talk things out, it's not like I don't understand your grievances but there is a better way to go about it. The responsibility of caring for life is both great and a privilege that is bestored on but a few, take it with wisdom & knowledge.Let wisdom prevail here and not force.

Sad to hear nurses on strike again hopefully it's going to finally be resolved. Patient care should always be above money no matter what that's why the oath of care is in place,letting them die is a crime as far as am concerned.

Please before you rush in to help someone in danger be it in a car accident, someone having a heart attack e.t.c check your surroundings first before rushing in to avoid becoming a victim yourself.
