Very many forms of mental illness exist among us: depression, bi-polar disorders, anxiety disorders, low self esteem, PTSD(post traumatic stress disorders), personality disorders, mood disorders among others. In fact, research shows that in every 4 people, one suffers from a mental disorder. We need to end the stigma on mental illnesses and talk about it openly.
