*CALLING ALL TRIATHLETES This Is For You*
At SOMA Wellness, we have created a customized 6-session package to support your body & mind with a training program to get into optimum shape for the Kilifi Gold Triathlon.

You will experience a combo of ice baths for recovery, yoga for balance and flexibility, breathwork and meditation for mental focus and strength building fitness training.

We think it will be more fun to train with your pals too even if they’re not doing the triathlon, they can join for drop in sessions.
We start on *Saturday September 6th* at 9am - 11am.
