Moments of connection that strengthen care.

Our Senior Director, Dr. John Ngigi, OGW, accompanied by Nursing Services Manager, Ms. Simoneta Francis, held a meet & greet today with the Marketing & Communication team at Prime Care Centre.

Dr. Ngigi thanked the team for the vital role they play in delivering efficient, Prime customer service in collaboration with the clinical team; all to achieve our vision of becoming a Prime healthcare hub.

Ms. Simoneta Francis reinforced the spirit of unity:
"Every touchpoint matters. From the first call to the final follow-up; marketing, nursing, and clinical teams are one family serving one patient at a time."

๐Ÿซ‚ To our patients:
You are at the heart of everything we do.

๐Ÿ’› Spreading light, one pack at a time.

Today, Maisy Juma (President, Letters of Light) and her incredible friends: Wanjiru, Wangeci & Ann from Rusinga Schools, Lavington visited our young patients at Prime Care Centre Ward 9A, accompanied by their supportive parents.

Through their youthโ€‘led initiative, they donated Light Packs filled with handwritten notes of hope, stuffed toys, toy cars, notebooks, and crayons; each chosen to comfort, encourage, and empower.
We are deeply grateful to Dr. John Ngigi, OGW (Senior Director, Prime Care Centre) and the C4 Committee (Culture Change & Customer Care) for welcoming this beautiful act of empathy.

Asante sana, young heroes. You reminded our little patients that they are never alone. ๐Ÿงธโœ‰๏ธ๐ŸŽจ

Cheers, joy, and uplifting melodies filled the air today at Prime Care Centre as we celebrated the true meaning of the Easter season: renewal, compassion, and hope.

The KNH Choir touched hearts with beautiful Easter carols, bringing comfort and smiles to our patients and staff.

Our Culture Change and Customer Care Committee (C4 Committee) shared thoughtful Easter notes with patients and sweet treats with staff, reminding us that even the smallest acts of kindness make a meaningful difference in the healing journey.

A truly special moment was the cake-cutting ceremony led by our Senior Director, Dr. John Ngigi, OGW, alongside our paediatric patients, which was a powerful symbol of joy, resilience, and the hope we strive to bring every child and family we serve.

In a place dedicated to healing, Easter is a gentle reminder that each new day is a gift. At Prime Care Centre, we remain committed to caring for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit and today, we truly lived that vision.
