July is UV Safety Month — a perfect time to learn how to protect your skin, eyes, and health from harmful ultraviolet radiation.

Why UV Safety Matters:
Excessive exposure to UV rays can cause sunburn, premature aging, eye damage (like cataracts), and increases the risk of skin cancer, including melanoma. And it doesn't just happen at the beach — UV exposure adds up every time you're outside.

Top UV Safety Tips:

Wear sunscreen daily — SPF 30 or higher, and reapply every 2 hours.

Cover up with hats, sunglasses (UV-blocking), and long sleeves.
