This week we took our teachers through a session on Self Awareness.

Teaching them how to understand who they are, their emotions, their values, their experiences and their beliefs systems and how those impact on how they see things and react to them.

How do you present yourself when you meet someone.

Do you show them the real you or you present the materialistic, easily available surface you?

It was interesting.

Mental health is intriguing and intricate and we all need to understand self.

Betterstream has teamed us with IT AI Microsoft trained teachers in Western Kenya to offer mental health training for the he next 3 months.
It’s critical that our teachers are well aware of how to help themselves and students where mental health concerns will arise in their line or duty.
This 3 months program will strengthen and improve their 1st aid response to mental health.

We’re committed to make and impact in after-stroke rehabilitation and we want to provide an affordable high quality combination of physiotherapy and occupational therapy to help our patients regain back their independence and wellbeing.
We will have monthly packages of Ksh25,000 and daily offers of Ksh1,500 for only stroke patients.
