This weekend, we hosted a community potluck as part of our Mind & Nature program, to share food, games, and meaningful conversations about psychological preparedness with the current state of the country.

We spent time discussing practical ways to manage stress, stay informed without burning out, and support our loved ones through difficult times.

Thank you to everyone who brought a dish, shared their thoughts, and filled the space with laughter and genuine care.

At the Kisumu Children’s Remand Home, our dance sessions brings young people together to release stress, build trust, and rediscover joy in their bodies.

Through rhythm and movement, they learn teamwork, self belief, and healthy ways to express emotions. These sessions form part of our wider commitment to psychosocial support, life skills, and positive development for children in conflict with the law.

Each step supports healing and reminds them that their stories continue.

Our Cohort 1 class of the Digital & Financial Literacy program stepped away from computers to engage in a dedicated Arts session led by our lead psychologist and director Achieng' Gloria

The session created a safe and engaging space where the youth were encouraged to express themselves, interact with others, and explore their creativity.

We are committed to building environments where children and youth feel supported, valued, and ready to lead.

was proud to partner with the to host a career mentorship session at Obinju Kanyakwar Primary School.

Our goal was to provide students with direct access to professionals who could share real-world insights and answer their burning questions. By fostering this dialogue early, we are equipping these students with the confidence and clarity they need to pursue their dream careers and contribute meaningfully to society.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to guide these brilliant young minds.

We hosted a sweat and snack picnic focused on movement, connection, and mental well being.

The event brought together young people through fun games, dance, and music, creating an open and relaxed space to talk about mental health. In between the conversations, we shared snacks, laughter, and dance moves.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with their energy, and warmth.

Family tracing is a vital step in evaluating risks, and identifying the challenges our youth face in reconnecting with society.

By assessing the support systems available within the family and community, we can tailor our interventions to offer a real opportunity for change.

We believe that sustainable transition starts with understanding the needs of a child

Today, we share the numbers that defined our impact in 2025. These figures show how far we reached together.

Over the next few days, we will unpack the meaning behind each number and the lives at the heart of every result.

We believe that every once in a while, you should step away from the noise of daily life, breathe in fresh air, and let nature remind you how alive you are.

On October 26th, we have something for you. Join us for a scenic hike across the hills of Nyakach. The trail offers gentle climbs, open views, and quiet paths that invite reflection and laughter in equal measure.

Whether you are joining for fitness, peace of mind, or friendship, there is space for you. Come hike, share stories, make friends, and feel the calm that only nature can bring.
