This was a career guidance session that took us seven days!

My client was a youth who had done her O levels a year ago,she didn't perform as well as she would have loved...she wanted to be a lawyer.

Seven days later,after we had explored her strengths,abilities,passion.....she ended up in a culinary arts college.

As we speak,she is the happiest😊

Most of us are struggling to either please others or prove a point to others,doing jobs that don't fit their personalities....

Preteens,teens and young adults are in a limbo... literally.

Most of them know what they desire versus what the world is offering...gets them confused.

We need to give them free space to share,discuss,learn and free their minds.

Tripatt wellness is calling on all teenagers and young adults for a mental wellness session this Friday 25th/04/2025 at mama Grace hall (social hall,behind khetias supermarket).

The impact of Stop Work Orders (SWOs) on NGO workers is a significant concern, particularly in light of funding cuts like those from USAID. Mental wellness coaches and practitioners can play a crucial role in addressing the anxiety and stressors faced by these workers. Tripatt wellness Tripatt Health Gardens seeks to offer consultancy on mental wellness coaching and facilitate mental wellness workshops over a period of time in the months of March to May in Kisumu and sorroundin counties. Let's talk about it, support one another, and push for systemic changes that protect both NGO workers and the communities they serve.
