Today, we celebrate a significant milestone as we proudly graduate 100 households who have successfully achieved their goals through our Case Management Model for Health and Social Services delivery. This initiative supports individuals and families impacted by HIV & AIDS with integrated health and social services.
These households have been part of the OLPS/Ciheb Entrench OVC Program for 2-3 years, receiving vital services in health, education, household strengthening, and protection from physical and emotional harm/abuse. The graduating households are stable and resilient enough to continue with their lives independently without project support and this is what we are celebrating!
A special thank you to the Kisumu County Department of Medical Services,Public Health & Sanitation, Ciheb Kenya, Department of Children Services, Kisumu East Sub-County, and all our dedicated stakeholders for their support.
