The Sola Maji project in Kopere is using latest technologies at kiosks fitted with ATM serving two schools, a health facility and a market with safe drinking water. Before launching SWAP will do water quality monitoring and capacity building of a local water committee. It is a life changing project, preventing water borne diseases and bringing water closer to the communities.

20 years ago we started Safe Water and AIDS Project. What an amazing journey it has been. As founder I am very proud of the dedication of our team transforming lives, responding during disasters and disease outbreaks, contributing to science, evaluating the health and economic impact of products, technologies and interventions. As I leave Africa after 40 years, I will remotely remain board member and friend of SWAP. We appreciate your continued partnership and collaboration during future public health interventions or research. We can make a difference together. I will be forever indebted for your loyal support throughout the years.

He would ensure the most vulnerable families would benefit from food and non food items to mitigate the impact and help prevent disease outbreaks.
