Let me tell my story the way I know best.

DR. ZIPPY OKOTH I owe you. You may not know how many people you positively influenced, you may be having a lot of fun on the stage but girl, you are impactful.

I am here to say, thank you. Keep going!!!

When I attended the foolish forties Dala edition, I got enough conviction that I can do this. I have been thinking about it. I had told the production team Chanuka Studios Chanuka Studios that season 3 will be all about a “one woman show “ 😂😂😂😂😂😂 but I didn’t know how!

I think I was with Second guessing my ability to use my own podcast to tell my story or scared to look 😪 mean.

I was anxiously waiting for someone like else to invite me and interview me while I have a podcast with 3.2 subscribers, I have a page with 8k followers!

I can be so foolish 😂😂😂😂😂.

So this are bits and pieces of My story. Authentic, unfiltered and beautiful.

Remembering the people who have touched my life when pregnant, breastfeeding and parenting.

Those are the voices that influenced the birth of Mamatoto CBEs.

Mothers don’t forget. Forever grateful.

I will be back with complete version of my pregnancy losses and I was this years today , 6years after my last pregnancy loss when I knew why I have had losses. My diagnosis was found two months ago.

I will share with you another side of me of fighting gynecology issues when I am done fighting.

Starting Strong, Growing Healthy

When a baby turns 6 months, breast milk remains the main source of nutrition, but their little tummy is now ready for other foods too. This stage is not just about food, it’s about learning, bonding, and building healthy habits. 💜

I know it's a challenging phase but we got this

✅ What to Look Out For: Baby can sit with support & hold head stead among others

🧼 Hygiene Matters: Wash hands before preparing and feeding

🤱 Responsive Feeding: Feed with love, patience, and attention

🚫 No Forceful Feeding : Distracting with TV/phones or scolding to make them eat

✨ Remember: Feeding time should be joyful—an interaction, not a battle.
Your role is to offer, your baby’s role is to decide how much to take.

HERE IS TO US. HERE IS TO OUR FAMILIES.

This is Kisumu's first and only childbirth education center, Breastfeeding Support, and lactation education center. Postnatal services that include highly trained babysitters for hours or night care.

Just to remind you that some babies may not bounce like we all expect them to, so we offer Perinatal Bereavement support at no additional charge.

✅ Investing in breastfeeding is investing in public health, the environment, brain development, women's empowerment, and national economies.

At Mamatoto CBEs , I will champion this call by ensuring every baby, every mother, every family has access to skilled support, timely education, and a safe, empowering space to succeed in their breastfeeding journey.

I will offer two precious hours of my day giving this support at KCRH and Lumumba every morning
