As we join the world in the commemoration of the world diabetes day we observe that Diabetes doesn’t have to define your life because individually and all of us together can take a step towards prevention and if diagnosed with steps in adherence to overcome. The role of early testing and regular checks are a key to both prevention of onset and the prevention of serious diabetes complications.

The Theme this year "Diabetes and the Workplace" Underscores further why the DM conversation is key as it has effects on productivity and as such we in our workplaces need to be mindful of our wellbeing as well as be supportive to those already with diabetes.

Yesterday, July 25th there was a global observance of the International Day of Judicial Wellbeing - a day intended to promote the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of judicial officers who are key in delivery of justice.

While at it, we got a privilege to speak to the judiciary officers at Lodwar Law Courts and share on some key nuggets on their wellbeing and especially on need to be physically and mentally well.

It is always delightful to partner with institutions and speak to its people on wellbeing and happily engage on matters health.
