HOW TO AGE 95 YEARS
Life is something you are given. Making it a good life or bad life is entirely upto you to create.
You heard of or seen some people grew upto 70 years or too old even beyond 120 years save for those in the Bible who lived over 900 years.
More recently we were hit by bad news of Quuleen Elizabeth II who died at age of 96😲
The question is where people went wrong and why not most of us don't get to such a time.
Here are 3 things why majority die young:
1. Kwanza hatuna mafunzo ya lishe Bora. Few people who have education on good health and health living focusing on good nutrition live longer because their diet is so specific. Ikizingatiwa maisha ya siku hizi yako na changamoto Mingi ikiwemo vyakula vya mafuta mengi na sukari mingi ambapo ikiwa hazitatumika kufanya KAZI basi hugeuzwa mafuta na kufanya mwili wako kua mnene. Exercise is part of good health.
