Family Care Medical Center - Malindi FHOK is the largest national Non-Governmental Organization offering Sexual and Reproductive Health Services with 14 Family Care Medical Centers in Kenya.

FHOK was founded in 1957 and is a registered NGO. it is affiliated to International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). We provide wholistic integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Services. Services provided include full range of family planning, child health services, outpatient services, antenatal and postnatal care, maternity services, HIV Counselling and Testing, Anti retroviral Therapy, Cancer screening (breast, cervical and prostate), cervical cancer treatment, specialised clinics, pharmacy and laboratory support services. This is through the 14 Family Care Medical Centres:Nairobi West, Phoenix, Kitengela, NYC, Thika, Nakuru, Meru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Bondo, Kakamega, Mombasa, Malindi and Nyeri. Our youth centres are in: Mombasa, Nairobi, Eldoret, Nakuru, Kisumu, Bondo and Meru.

Note: Customize it. Avoid Honey/sugar/sweeteners. Use fresh fruits or froze it overnight; not more than that, to get smooth texture for smoothies.

What makes a smoothie is its base. It's base can be Yogurt, milk, banana, coconut/almond milk. You can now add whatever you like (preference) fruits, veggies etc. then you can decide to add a sweetener if you think the fruits aren't sweet enough (honey, Stevie, sugar etc).
