What's the difference between a fl**ge cushion and a fl**ge insert?

Both are meant to provide comfort while pumping but...

A fl**ge cushion is simply that. A cushion. It provides cushion for your breasts against friction from the hard plastic that the breast pump is made of.

A fl**ge insert, on the other hand, reduces the pump fl**ge tunnel diameter to your size making pumping efficient.

What an experience the 3rd year has been!

I registered as a business, started selling supplies, became a Certified Lactation Support Provider, was hosted on a radio show during WBW 2024 and put unimaginable amount of infant feeding content out there.

Ah! I'm super proud of myself for it all. For continuing to believe in me even though there are times I questioned everything and if it was worth it.

Thank you for being here for it all. It's been an honour 😊

The 4th year will be revolutionary. I will offer you infant feeding supplies, more personalized consultations and home visits, and much more. I'm super excited for this.
