Every alcoholic deep down knows it's time to quit. In the middle of the night when the alcohol subsides and they face reality, they cey wishing they had a way out.

But of course this is not a quick on/off switch. It's a disease, a chronic brain disorder characterized by relapses, changes in the brain, loss of control and drinking despite the consequences

And so the alcoholic will try again and again to quit but they will struggle. That's why we have to keep supporting the alcoholic over and over again, the same way we support anyone with any other pathology...

Try again to quit today... Just try and remember your mindset chnaget is crucial. You also have to watch out for triggers.
