Feeling suicidal does not mean you are crazy,flawed or weak.su***de is not character defect or weakness its illness like pneumonia malaria or diabetes.

people with suicidal thoughts should be handled as unwell just like we do to people with pneumonia or arthritis.

Having suicidal thoughts only means you have more pain than you can deal with right now,it may feel overwhelming and it feels like it will never go away but in reality it's temporary,there is effective and reliable solutions to this, sometimes it can be hard to see this out this is due to intense emotional pain that distorts person so much.

Su***de has devastating effects on families friends and communities.

If you have suicidal thoughts avoid alcohol and drugs the thoughts can even become even stronger.

Do not keep these feelings to yourself find someone you know and let them know how bad things are.
