What you can do:
✅️Get yourself a proper skincare set
✅️Cleanse properly
✅️Moisturize consistently
✅️Wear SPF daily (yes, daily)

Remember, sun damage is cumulative. And the big three you don't want to meet:
1.Basal cel carcinoma; common, sneaky and. not cute.
2.Squamous cell carcinoma; more dramatic, can spread.
3.Melanoma; rare but dangerous. This one does not play.

In most cases, skin cancer can be prevented. The best way to protect yourself is to avoid too much sunlight and sunburns. UV rays from the sun damage your skin, and over time, this may lead to skin cancer.

Make an appointment to see a healthcare provider or dermatologist as soon as you notice:
- Any changes to your skin or changes in the size, shape or color of existing moles or other skin lesions.
- The appearance of a new growth on your skin.
- A sore that doesn’t heal.
- Spots on your skin that are different from others.
- Any spots that change, itch or bleed.

Your provider will check your skin, take a biopsy (if needed), make a diagnosis and discuss treatment. Also, see a dermatologist annually for a full skin review.

The battery-operated devices come in many forms and can look like conventional ci******es, pens or even sleek tech gadgets. Users inhale and exhale a vapor-like aerosol. This way of taking in ni****ne poses health risks to both users and non-users.

From accessories to flavors, va**ng can seem very appealing. Unfortunately, it’s not as harmless as it seems.
