Yesterday evening I took my son Kristen, to see the Doctor
as Dr A was attending to us, my son began asking for them bo***es
And the Doc says: Wow he breastfeeding
and I tell her he is 1 year 9months and we are continuing breastfeeding at 2 years!!
She couldnt believe it then I add BTW am a Nutritionist please refer your clients for nutrition review🤭

Breastfeeding is one of the high impact nutrition interventions
And I'll give you a case scenario.
A week ago my little buddy was unwell, not retaining anything, not feeding but he was just breastfeeding for 3 days.
He is 1 year 7months
What if I had stopped him at 1year?? His nutrition status would have been compromised!
Dear mommy-try all you can but breastfeed your baby exclusively for 6months
Then do continued breastfeeding till 2 years
