USE DOUBLE MASKS COZ NEW COVID-DELTA
IS DIFFERENT, DEADLY & UNDETECTABLE:

With the new COVID DELTA VIRUS there is:

NO COUGH
NO FEVER

Just a lot of:

JOINT-PAIN
HEADACHE
NECK PAIN
UPPER BACK PAIN
PNEUMONIA
GENERAL WEEKNESS
NO APPETITE

COVID-DELTA is of course, more Virulent and with a higher Death rate.

It takes less time to go to extremes, Sometimes without symptoms.

Let's be more careful!

This strain does not live in the nasopharyngeal region, now it directly affects the Lungs, which means the "Windows", the periods of time are shorter.

I have seen several patients without FEVER, without PAIN, but who report mild CHEST PNEUMONIA on their X-RAYS.

NASAL SWAB TESTS are very often NEGATIVE for COVID-DELTA, and there are more and more false negatives of NASOPHARYNGEAL TESTS.

This means that the VIRUS spreads and spreads directly to the LUNGS, causing acute respiratory stress caused by VIRAL PNEUMONIA.

This explains why it has become sharp, more virulent and deadly.

Please be more careful, avoid crowded places, keep a distance of 1.5m even in open places, use double masks, face mask and wash your hands often (and when coughing or sneezes) at the moment everyone is ASYMPTOMATIC.

This * "WAVE" * is much more deadly than the first. So we have to be VERY careful and take * all kinds of precautions *

Also be an alert communicator to your friends and family.

Don't keep this information to yourself, share it as much as you can, especially with your family and friends

HIV TESTING
Jane and john( not their names in order to hide identity) walk into my facility for HIV testing. They had previously met at the beach and loved each other on 1st sight. Before Rolling in the Hay Blood HIV testing was a must. I invite them and make them feel comfortable.
Jane has just finished her degree at technical university . During her heydays at the campus life was fast, swift and good. She had opted for outside accomodation cause she had heard rumours that hostels beds were infested with bedbugs. So her parents also settled for paying hostel fees at a time of 6k per month. Life at first was not easy cause fees plus accomodation amounted to quite a high fee cause she got admitted as a parallel student. A semester she had to part with over 150 k . Along the way during 2nd year her dad who was the bread winner passed on due to Road traffic accident. Life had to move on and since her mum was unemployed she was on the verge of dropping out of campus. Her Girl friends in campus encouraged her to move on and a solution had to be found pretty fast. Why worry when money was flowing quite fast ? Due to peer pressure she started taking alcohol over the weekends and was also indicted pretty fast into taking the bomb. With time white parties were the in thing . At nyali high end clubs were proving to be very popular and good hunting ground for moneyed men.
Her big break was during one of the weekends . Politicians had taken a weekend break in at the coast.
There is a very popular club at nyali which host the Rich who don't mind the cost. They mind only the taste. Music is classic and current. This is where jane was spotted by the youthful politician and her lifestyle changed overnight. Hard drugs, smoking , alcohol ,s*x and money ruled her stay in campus. She could pay for her upkeep plus college fees but at a price to pay.
Fast forward. John is also a young entrepreneur working with an insurance company. He sells insurance and is on 1 st year. His history is a bit different . No alcohol, non smoker and a staunch christian.
Before testing blood is mandatory to
1. Counsel on window period. It takes 3 months for a previously exposed person to turn positive.
2. Counsel on a negative test
A negative test does not mean you don't have the virus. You may be in the window period which means repeat testing after 3 months.
3. Counsel on a positive test. If you turn positive it's not the end of life. Acceptance of this is so difficult sometimes . Drugs are available to suppress the virus but not for cure. Nowadays the drugs are given early on day of diagnosis and you take them for life . But you have to undergo a 2nd confirmatory test.
Another baseline test done is called CD4. And when started on medication you will be having another test every 6 months - viral load
4. Counsel on nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
5. Explain how the test is done plus how to interpret results. One line negative and 2 lines positive.
6.lady - You can turn positive but still deliver Hiv negative baby. That is through intervention at ANC clinic.pmctc.
7. Hiv +ve it's mandatory to use condoms to avoid reinfection plus don't infect others. Even though proper condom use is important. Pinch, place then Roll on erect p***s.
