They call it the Pink Moon…
not for its colour, but for the flowers that bloom quietly without asking permission.

April, my birthday month, my fav season 🪷
I return to myself:
to clarity that cuts through illusion,
to balance that holds both softness and strength,
to discipline that honours devotion,
to momentum that flows, not forces.

Like spring… I rise again.

From stillness into direction.
From awareness into embodiment.

Thank you to all the beautiful souls who shared their gratitude with me..
Some with just a glance, some in silence with tears in their eyes, some who stopped me after the yoga sessions and spoke with such openness, some who hugged me tightly, some who smiled, some who called, and some who wrote to me.

I am forever grateful, and I will always carry each one of you in my heart. I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with you on this journey called life.

You remind me that what I do has meaning.

Many people don't realize that emotional stress often lives in the upper body, especially in the chest, shoulders, and breath.

The Vagus Nerve plays a crucial role in regulating our nervous system.

When activated through slow breathing and gentle movement, it can help the body shift from survival mode into rest and restoration.

Trauma-informed yoga focuses on creating safety, awareness, and choice, allowing the body to release tension gradually.

Sometimes healing begins with something very simple:

Trauma-informed yoga is not about pushing the body.
It is about creating a space where the body can feel safe again.
Through slow, intentional movement, breath awareness and choice,
we begin to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with ourselves.
It supports healing by:
– Restoring a sense of safety in the body
– Reducing stress and emotional overwhelm
– Rebuilding trust with oneself
– Encouraging presence without judgment
There is no force. No expectation.
Only awareness, choice and gentle reconnection.
