IMPORTANCE OF ALKALINE MINERALS FOUND IN LEMON
Today, I want to highlight the importance of alkaline minerals found in lemon. Although lemon tastes acidic, it contains alkaline-forming minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, and small amounts of sodium.
After digestion, these minerals help the body balance acidity and support a healthy internal environment. Potassium supports hydration, heart health, and muscle function. Magnesium helps with energy production, nerve function, and stress regulation. Calcium supports strong bones and teeth.
Together, these minerals assist in detoxification and digestion.
Regular, moderate use of lemon can support pH balance, immunity, and overall vitality.
“Remember, lemon does not change the body instantly, it supports balance through its minerals after digestion.”
