Our recent Strategic Baraza, led by the Senior Leadership Team, aligned the institution on our 2026 hospital-wide KPIs, key focus areas, and a strengthened patient journey framework. The focus for 2026 is intentional enhancing patient experience through stronger collaboration, sharper accountability, and seamless transitions across the care journey.
Under our People & Culture pillar, the HR Manager led the 2025 Rewards & Recognition segment reaffirming our commitment to recognizing performance, celebrating accountability, and rewarding service excellence.
In a defining leadership moment, the Senior Leadership Team also recognized our CEO for his strategic stewardship in 2025 guiding the hospital to meet its overall strategy, achieve key financial and quality milestones, and advance our vision of building centres of excellence.
