Depression; recognize it, face it and overcome it
Depression is a constant state of sadness. Depression can be related to stressful emotion where it interferes with normal routines.
Many people who are depressed fail to understand the reality of depression until the ability to deal with simple tasks becomes impaired.
Depression can occur due to many causes.
Imagine for a moment;
Family chaos has become a norm because the father (considered the sole provider) can no longer access the daily bread due to economic hardships, which are hard to avoid.
Upon reaching home, exhausted and frustrated, the wife looks at him once and faces away.

• Early rises, excessive sleep, and unorganized sleep

However many the causes of depression may be, it's ideal to get help as fast as you can. Depression has been listed as a major cause of domestic violence and su***de cases.

• Stop comparing yourself with others.
• Balance your work and family life.

• Watch your favorite type of movie to relax your mind
When you feel a negative thought building up in your mind, replace it with a positive one. Train your mind to think positively, and many times, it will guard you against many mental illnesses.
The reason being the best organ in your entire body to control your feelings, emotions, and total wellbeing. Use it.
