Hello our dear followers, before you engage in unprotected s*x and/or extramarital s*xual affairs, pleasw remember that family always comes but your health is paramount. Be safe in everything you do.
Cheating erodes trust and threatens peace of mind due to guilt.

11/02/2024

HIV/AIDS usually spreads among s*xually active individuals and couples who fail to take precaution. Do you love your partner? The best gift you can give them is LOYALTY.We all deserve a chance to love and engage in safe s*xual activities.

1. Abstain (especially the youth).
2. Always use a condom (for the s*xually active and unmarried).
3. Be faithful to your partner [ONE] (for those who are dating and the married couples).
4. Always get tested urgently before 72hrs after unprotected exposure. You will get help and use PreP to reduce the chances of getting infected.

19/12/2023

hello our dear followers, we wish everyone a great time this festive season. No matter what you're going through just take time to thank God for life and eat!
We also remind you that happy times can bring sad moments brought by a lack of self-awareness and self-confidence. Stop following peer pressure because you will end up losing yourself, your money, and probably your dignity (get treated and get laid... nothing is free).
Getting laid is okay until you become carefree. Make a good decision to:
1. Abstain.
2. Always use a condom.
3. Be faithful to your partner.
Appreciate your loved ones by being a loyal partner 💖

Hello our dear followers, as we celebrate the World Aids Day, let us unite and ensure that we prevent new infections. The infected population should seek treatment, which is free in all public hospitals, to live a healthier life. It is not over even if you get infected 💖.
For everyone else, let us go to voluntary testing and counseling centers (VCTs) to get tested frequently (research recommends testing after every 3 months). Let us also take precautions in our daily lives to eliminate new infections. The basic precautions are;
1. Abstain from s*xual activities until marriage or stable relationship, especially the youths.
is respect
2. Be loyal to your partner (for dating and married couples).
3. Always use a condom when engaging in s*xual activities.
4. In case of r**e and unintended and unsafe s*xual activities, please visit the nearest public hospital or purchase PreP from a pharmacy near you prevent new infections.
*It is our responsibility as humans to prevent further spreading of a pandemic through reasonable acts to save generations.
*HIV/AIDS is a pandemic and a leading cause of death around the world and so, let's be very careful.
*For those infected, please have hope and faith for a better life since it's not a death sentence. Kindly seek treatment and improve your quality of life 🙏

Hello our followers, here's a message for the week:
*As long as you feel lustful, always be sure that there are consequences.
1. You can get pregnant.
2. You can get infected with STDs, such as super gonorrhea, HIV/AIDS, syphilis, etc.
3. You can get infertile thru too much use of contraceptives, such as P2.
4. You can get pregnant and infected.
It can always get worse if you aren't careful.
However, there's hope for us all, including those infected.
*Eat well, exercise, and take your drugs as prescribed to boost your immunity.
*We can eliminate new infections and reduce the stigma through sharing information and acting responsibly in our s*x lives. It's possible!

Don't be ignorant, be vigilant! Anyone can get infected and everyone is affected

Hello, please take note:
Don't ruin your life by engaging in dangerous unprotected s*xual activities. Choose ONE partner, get tested together, and stay faithful.
Otherwise, always use a condom or abstain!
For those infected with the virus, there is still a long life ahead. All you need to do is eat dietary food, exercise regularly, and frequently visit a VCT in any public hospital for health evaluation. Please do not infect another innocent soul in the name of revenge. Let go and let God 🙏
Let us eliminate new infections.

18/05/2023

Good morning our dear followers, we all have a responsibility to eliminate new infections. You may not be infected but HIV/AIDS affects ALL of us. We must remain vigilant and follow some simple rules:
1. Abstain: especially for the youths. Freedom comes with responsibility.
2. Get tested WITH YOUR PARTNER before engaging in unprotected s*xual activities. Get tested frequently for free in any public hospital (VCT Center).
2. Always use a condom.
3. Use PEP within 72hrs after risky exposure. PEP is available in public hospitals (VCT centers).
4. Remain faithful to ONE s*xual partner. Especially for married partners.
5. Don't trust anyone. Stay aware that anyone can infect you.
6. You can also use PrEP 7 days before engaging in unprotected s*xual activities with a partner of unknown status.
