Fellow Kenyans,

The matter currently before the court raises serious and legitimate concerns regarding , , and adherence to constitutional safeguards in the management of public resources.

If it is established that the conception and intended ex*****on of the proposed National Infrastructure Fund was unconstitutional, then this would represent a deeply troubling lapse in the stewardship of public finances, which demands the highest standards of integrity and legal compliance.

That the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the National Treasury could mislead both the country and Parliament, is in itself disturbing and unacceptable in a constitutional .

As sovereign citizens under Article 1(1) of our , ultimate authority rests with us, the people. We must remain vigilant and shape the we desire through lawful and constitutional means, including the in the 2027 general .

Congratulations to Senior Council Charles Kanjama on being elected as the 52nd President of Law Society of Kenya.

May this spirit of voting for , , and principled exhibited by the legal fraternity reflect in the citizenry and determine the outcome of the 2027 General Elections in Kenya.

17/02/2026

I am not a , but I am convinced by what Senior Counsel Charles Kanjama brings to the table in the Law Society of Kenya leadership race.

During yesterday’s Presidential Debate aired on NTV Kenya, I listened keenly to all three candidates. Senior Counsel Kanjama stood out. He articulated the core issues with clarity and depth, and his vision, passion, and priorities for the next leadership of the LSK were compelling.

To my friends and colleagues in the legal profession: please turn out in large numbers and vote. Leadership matters.

It is time for bold, courageous, and values-driven individuals, leaders who put the interests of the country first, to step forward and serve.

Vote for Kanjama.

BORROWED:

BREAST MILK
She thought she was studying milk. What she uncovered was a conversation.

In 2008, evolutionary anthropologist Katie Hinde was working in a primate research lab in California, analyzing breast milk from rhesus macaque mothers. She had hundreds of samples and thousands of data points. Everything looked ordinary—until one pattern refused to go away.

Mothers raising sons produced milk richer in fat and protein. Mothers raising daughters produced a larger volume with different nutrient balances.

It was consistent. Repeatable. And deeply uncomfortable for the scientific consensus.

Colleagues suggested error. Noise. Statistical coincidence. But Katie trusted the data.

And the data pointed to a radical idea. Milk is not just nutrition. It is information.

For decades, biology treated breast milk as simple fuel. Calories in. Growth out. But if milk were only calories, why would it change depending on the s*x of the baby?

Katie kept digging. Across more than 250 mothers and over 700 sampling events, the story grew more complex. Younger, first-time mothers produced milk with fewer calories but significantly higher levels of cortisol—the stress hormone.

The babies who drank it grew faster. They were also more alert, more cautious, more anxious.

Milk wasn’t just building bodies. It was shaping behavior.

Then came the discovery that changed everything. When a baby nurses, microscopic amounts of saliva flow back into the breast. That saliva carries biological signals about the infant’s immune system. If the baby is getting sick, the mother’s body detects it.

Within hours, the milk changes. White blood cells surge. Macrophages multiply. Targeted antibodies appear.

When the baby recovers, the milk returns to baseline. This was not coincidence. It was call and response.

A biological dialogue refined over millions of years. Invisible—until someone thought to listen....

BORROWED FROM GUSTE KAKEETO

Oral amendment (against "SOGI") to L.44/Rev.1 rejected 70Y-74N-15A

There is an attempt at the UN 3rd Committee in NewYork to include SOGI into the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its optional protocols.

November 20th 2025, the Organization of Islamic Countries sponsored an oral amendment to exclude SOGI language from the treaty. It came to a vote. A YES vote was a vote exclude the language and a NO vote essentially a vote to include the language. African states’ actions in this vote are telling. Of the 70 votes in favor (YES), 31 were African states. Of the 74 votes against, only two were African ie Cape Verde and South Africa. Meanwhile 6 of the 15 abstentions were abstentions were African (Angola, Congo, Eswatini, Ghana, Lesotho and Liberia). There were 34 countries in all who did not show up at all for the voting exercise. Of these, 15 are African.

The African Countries that did not show up for the vote are: Benin, Botswana, Comoros, DRC, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sao Tome-Principe, Seychelles, Sierra Leone and South Sudan. One would wonder why this number of African states did not show up for the vote. Are they under too much pressure? Are they lacking instructions from their capitals on the issue?

Will this pattern change when the matter comes up for consideration again on Monday 15th December 2025!?!

Among other contentious provisions, Clause 9 of the proposed East African Community Sexual & Reproductive Health Bill (2024) grants adolescents the right to exercise their s*xuality independently and confidentially. This approach risks normalising early s*xual activity rather than protecting .

It further contradicts established Child Protection Laws and parental responsibility as articulated in the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACRWC), Articles 20 and 21, as well as Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The Kenyan Children Act (2022) Article 11 further affirms the “Parental Care and Protection” mandate over their children.

Adolescents are children, thus vulnerable persons. Their mental capacity is developing, which is why they need guidance from their parents. The deliberate plan of watering down or eliminating in the lives of the children will simply expose them to manipulation and exploitation by, among others, the “Sex Pests”.
