Hello Friends of AFYA Mtaani, on Saturday 18th this month, at 10am we carried on with our 3rd outreach despite earlier chaos in Kiamaiko Huruma, the turn up of our clients (patients) was big in numbers, many of them being children below 15 years. We also had a short documentary of our outreach and interviews in-between taken by Miriam.

The doctors were overwhelmed and we had to close our door at 6pm to manage the few patients who were already waiting inside.

The number of health and service providers in attendance was 11 some were volunteering.

I want to thank our friends for helping us set up the outreach, photos here below.

Yesterday we organized a small outreach for our community in Huruma kiamaiko at our clinic, the outcome was good a number of people observed had minor health issues compared to the complicated cases being 3 in which we refered some to KNH. We want to thank our organizers who supported the whole program.
