Two years ago, Jackson Muthinza, who worked as a construction worker from Machakos, lost his leg after a thorn injury led to a serious infection. Life became very difficult. He couldn't work, handle his daily needs, or move around without support.
Everything began to change when he received his first prosthetic at Prothea. His first steps were unsteady, but they gave him hope for a new beginning.
Today, Jackson has resumed farming, regained his freedom of movement, and is once more enjoying everyday life.
His message: “Never give up. Even the smallest step forward brings you closer to freedom.”
