When Covid hit, I got stuck with the dilemma of trying to protect my mum, who is living with mental illness, from the virus. I tried all I could to make her follow the guidelines given for prevention, but it didn't work.

Therefore, I researched on ways I could boost her immunity since there were no vaccines available and wrote an article on it so that others could benefit from the research.

And so far, this has worked.
