Problem:
• Crowding of teeth on the upper and lower jaws
• Malformed lateral incisors “peg shaped”

Cause:
• Lack of enough space due to differences in teeth and jaw size
• Congenital and genetic causes

Treatment :
• Braces upper and lower

Period :
• 9 months of braces followed by retainers

Plan Afterwards:
• Correction of the Peg shaped laterals by crowns or composite build up
